ImportError: TensorBoard logging requires TensorBoard with Python summary writer installed. This should be available in 1.14 or above.

由于版本问题，from torch.utils.tensorboard import SummaryWriter突然运行不了，出现了各种各样的问题

AttributeError: module ‘tensorboard’ has no attribute ‘lazy’

谷歌出来的结果是Make sure that you don’t have tb-nightly installed in your env.）
采用pip uninstall tb-nightly指令发现并没有安装，于是卸载了虚拟环境中的tensorboard，这样也解决了错误

最终尝试以下解决办法，可以运行了
first：

pip install tensorflow-tensorboard==1.5.1

next：

pip install tensorboard==1.14.0
