sync后，出现错误提示：

This support library should not use a different version (24) than the compile(28).

参考网上博客：
原因：依赖包的版本和targetSdkVersion版本不一致
措施：我的targetSdkVersion版本是28，所以将

   implementation 'com.android.support:design:24.2.1'

中的24改为28
特别需要注意：修改后的依赖包的版本必须存在
比如：我把我的依赖包改成 implementation ‘com.android.support:design:28.2.1’，但是依旧错误，
因为 implementation 'com.android.support:design:28.2.1’版本并不存在，查阅后再次改为
implementation ‘com.android.support:design:28.0.0’，成功！！
