javaweb项目Tomcat启动卡在 Deployment of web application directory[····\webapps\manager]

平时正常的项目这两天启动tomcat总是卡在，
Deployment of web application directory[····\webapps\manager] has finished in [84] ms。
等了很久后才会报错，内容如下：
Caused by: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; lineNumber: 11;·····

解决方法：

对于Spring的一些xml文件，去掉了xsd版本号

即：
无异常： xml:http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans/spring-beans.xsd
有异常： xml:http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans/spring-beans-4.1.xsd
