Means that if jsp is going to locate its resource file, it should locate the path on the latter path, regardless of the file path of before jsp…在Servlet请求转发给JSP之后。JSP的相对路径会变得和Servlet的相对路径一样。意味着如果jsp要去定位它的资源文件，就要在之后的路径上去定位路径，不管jsp之前的文件路径是什么样
