安装requests库以及超时响应403

安装requests库
1、win + r 打开窗口命令并输入cmd命令，并点击确定

2、在窗口输入pip install requests，就可以安装requests 库了

如果在安装的过程中in _error_catcher
raise ReadTimeoutError(self._pool, None, “Read timed out.”)
pip._vendor.urllib3.exceptions.ReadTimeoutError: HTTPSConnectionPool(host=‘files
.pythonhosted.org’, port=443): Read timed out.
出现这种类型的报错，为请求超时响应错误

此时，需要在在Windows下：
C:\用户\Administrator\下，新建pip文件夹，在创建pip.ini文件（先创建txt,复制下面内容，修改文件后缀ini），拷贝下面代码进去，保存；

就好了，然后重新安装，pip install requests，，，这就装好了
