遇到某种情况，不得已重装了mysql之后，在程序中运行sql语句就报此错误，因为之前的程序是运行成功的，找了一些文章，说的云里雾里的，新手来说大概率是编码错误，
jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/customer （在表名后面添加）
?useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=utf-8

还有一个错误，通常是一起的，
