全局异常捕获

当添加的用户账号与数据库（设置了唯一值）重复时，可以用全局异常捕获

类上使用@ControllerAdvice(annotations = {RestController.class, Controller.class})，@ResponseBody注释

方法上添加@ExceptionHandler(SQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException.class)声明
