加入jar包（赋值粘贴到lib路径下）

SpringMVC配置（在src目录下创建文件）

命名空间设定

将springmvc介入程序（web.xml）

简单测试（创建一个index.jsp页面）（点击链接调到控制层，根据返回值跳转到下一个页面）

在src目录下创建一个类（当做控制层）

import org.springframework.web.bind.annotation.RequestMapping;
import org.springframework.web.bind.annotation.RequestParam;

@Controller //表示他是一个控制器

如果有注解，要将注解所在的包放到扫描器里面。配置spring.xml文件
