To meet the development demand, we need people who have the following skills:

1. Web Back-end developer (Senior Level)
   Work closely with RD&E, sales, marketing teams to support the application realization.
   Build scalable, stable and efficient Web Application system.
   Write quality, testable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
   Write well-organized documentations to describe the Technical Spec and Functional Spec.
   Respond timely to client on askings, suggestions, problems and complaints.
   Skills Description:
   +3 years hands on experience in Web development
   Excellent knowledge of Python language, OOP concepts.
   Specific experience with Django/Flask and Service Oriented Architecture.
   Have a solid foundation with relational database and SQL (prefer Sqlite/MySQL)
   Good skills on distributed system implementation and development, familiar with uwsgi, Nginx, Apache, Apache Tomcat, etc.
   Good knowledge on TDD, BDD and rich experience with PyUnit, cucumber, etc.
   Familiar with Agile and Scrum, have experience on agile development process.
   Familiar with windows, linux, and common cloud system(Microsoft Azure is a must)
   Skilled at some common SCM tools, like SVN, Git, etc.

2. Web Front-end developer(Senior Level)
   Work closely with RD&E, sales, marketing teams to support the application realization.
   Build scalable, stable and efficient Web Application system.
   Write quality, testable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
   Write well-organized documentations to describe the Technical Spec and Functional Spec.

   Skills Description:
   +3 years hands on experience in Web development of web pages.
   Good knowledge on html, html5, CSS5 and javascript, know the difference between html4 and html5.
   Understand working principal of explorers, cookie, session, etc. Familiare with popular explorers, not limited on IE, Chrome, firefox, etc. Know important differences.
   Good experience on common frameworks, like JQuery, Bootstrap, AngularJS, etc.
   Good knowledge on testing and BDD, familiar Selenium preferred.
   Familiar Agile and Scrum, have experience on agile development process.
   Familiar with windows, linux, and common cloud system(Microsoft Azure is a must)
   Skilled at some common SCM tools, like SVN, Git, etc.
