下载LineageOS 17.1直接下载最新版就行了
下载MIUI Q based firmware（推荐） 谷歌云盘（不推荐）
下载OPEN GAPPS（推荐nano版） GAPPS官网

3.输入TWRP

fastboot刷入TWRP包

4.正式刷入

1）重启进入recovery(TWRP recovery for Mi 8)
2）Format /system, /data and /cache
3）Install MIUI Q based firmware
4）Install LineageOS zip package
5）Install [optional] a Google Apps package of your choice (Open GApps is advisable, but stock and super variants are not recommended!!!)

Important notes:

• Required * firmware version must be based on MIUI Q-based builds.
  Formatting data (all user data is wiped, including internal storage) is a must if MIUI was previously installed and device was encrypted.
