Netapp Autosupport 简介和使用方式

    启动存储的autosupport功能，需要FAS存储的和邮件服务器联通；并且服务器需要一个不需密码验证的发送邮件的账号。
    如果邮件服务器和FAS存储之间有防火墙，则打开TCP/25(SMTP)端口

    1. 启动autosupport 守护进
        options autosupport.enable on
        
    2. 打开autosupport通知netapp技术支持
        options autosupport.support.enable on
       
    3. 指定autosupport发送形式
        options autosupport.transport smtp
        
    4. 指定autosupport使用的SMTP
       options autosupport.mailhost  smtp.cmbchina.com
       
    5. 注明发送autosupport的filer
        options autosupport.from
        ntapfas_<filer_name>@cmbchina.com
        
    6. 指定最多5个接收者
        options autosupport.to <1@cmbchina.com,2@cmbchina.com>
        
    7. 测试autosupport
       options autosupport.doit test

成功后可在管理界面查看结果：NetApp OnCommand System Manager 3.1.2
