其实这是新版mysql JDBC驱动包的问题，新版本做了一些要求改动

必须在连接字符串中指明serverTimezone=GMT%2B8&useSSL=false

		//连接数据库时，必须提供与各种数据库类型相关的参数，如：主机名，端口号，数据库名

以及在加载驱动类时做了改动，需要在mysql后面加上cj
