原因：
1、配置错误
2、说明IOC里没有创建Bean
解决方法：
1、service加@Service注解，mapper加@Repository注解
2、在启动文件上添加：@ComponentScan(basePackages = {“com.wuji”})注解开启Spring组件扫描
