命名式路由跳转
前提条件是路由改写命名规则：

hash模式就是指的url地址上面出现的#，这种规则会让人觉的莫名其妙，不知所措，不让人明白你的意图。

变为普通模式的方式就是：

  mode: 'history',   /*hash模式改为history*/※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※
  routes // （缩写）相当于 routes: routes
})
