原因分析：

如果依赖版本是"element-ui": “^2.14.1” 会安装最新版本，最新版本有时间选择期报错问题，不影响功能但强迫症不能接受。

解决方案：

很简单，固定版本。

"dependencies": {
    "element-ui": "2.14.1", 
  }

1、去掉【^】锁定稳定版本2.14.1
2、删除node_modules
3、【npm i】or 【yarn】
4、重启项目
