证书认证 问题：基于 Windows + Git Bash Here

问题重现：生成证书文件时：name is expected to be in the format

$ openssl req -new -x509 -days 3650 -subj /C=GB/L=China/O=grpc-server/CN=server.grpc.io -key server.key -out server.crt
name is expected to be in the format /type0=value0/type1=value1/type2=... where characters may be escaped by \. This name is not in that format: 'D:/git/Git/C=GB/L=China/O=grpc-server/CN=server.grpc.io'
problems making Certificate Request

原因： / 默认被认作为 git 的安装目录

解决： 前面添加 MSYS_NO_PATHCONV=1

MSYS_NO_PATHCONV=1 openssl req -new -x509 -days 3650 -subj "/C=GB/L=China/O=grpc-server/CN=server.grpc.io" -key server.key -out server.crt
