Sharding-Proxy 是独立应用，需要安装服务，进行分库分表或者读写分离配置，启动 使用，

下载之后，解压就可以了，我是在Windows上安装的，

进入 conf 目录，修改文件 server.yaml，打开两段内容注释

启动 Sharding-Proxy 服务 ，在bin目录下 Windows就启动start.bat
liunx 启动 start.sh
