vue-devtools无法启动的几个原因&解决方案

提示：Vue.js is detected on this page. Devtools inspection is not available because it’s in production mode or explicitly disabled by the author.

解决：这个时候需要显式地设置devtools可用。在代码文件里加入Vue.config.devtools = true。

此外，如果在项目中引入的是vue.min.js，由于vue.min.js是生产环境中使用的，因此也可能导致devtools无法启动，此时将vue.min.js改成vue.js的引入即可。
