SpringMVC之静态资源的过滤配置

最近在使用SpringMVC写一个Web项目时，发现一个问题，就是我在jsp中导入JS和CSS后，再运行项目时JS和CSS的效果无法显示出来，后来发现因为在web.xml中配置了SpringMVC的核心过滤器，并且设置为拦截所有内容，这就导致静态资源无法进行加载，我们只需要在SpringMVC的配置文件中配置需要过滤的静态资源即可。

这里我还配置了解决POST请求的中文乱码问题。

需要配置<mvc:resources>标签来进行静态资源的过滤，mapping属性为映射路径，location属性为本地静态资源路径，文件夹的名字随意启就可以，并不固定。

还有静态资源放在WEB-INF目录下虽然在IDEA中运行没有问题，都可以进行访问，但是打包成war包放入tomcat中部署时会导致无法访问，所以我一般将静态资源放在和WEB-INF平级的目录下。
