是这么个情况：

$ git commit -m "message"
On branch master
Changes not staged for commit:
(use "git add <file>..." to update what will be committed)
(use "git restore <file>..." to discard changes in working directory)
(commit or discard the untracked or modified content in submodules)
modified: file01 (modified content)
modified: file02 (modified content, untracked content)
modified: file03 (untracked content)
modified: file04 (modified content)

no changes added to commit (use "git add" and/or "git commit -a")

解决办法：
cd 每一个file，然后再 git add . 再 gitcommit
