wcf service同时开通 http和https的服务

1. 将iis 上ssl settings–> Require ssl 勾选去掉，右侧actions ->apply
   选中iis 左侧网站，某一个webside,
   
2. 去掉web.config 中 system.serviceModel/services/service endpoint指定是http 协议，
3. 修改web.config 添加rewrite pattern, 同时要在iis 添加 url 重定向功能， 安装 url rewrite module

4. 修改web.config ,添加 protocolMapping 节点：
