使用vuecli3创建uniapp遇到的问题(涉及到了浏览器访问不了githup)

vue create -p dcloudio/uni-preset-vue my-project
( 运行没反应后报错,我就去百度各种问题。看到有人说好像创建这个项目需要访问到githup，具体原因我也不知道。我就急着测试githup能不能登录上去，后来发现电脑上的所有浏览器都访问不了githup，我就去找怎么解决
。)
我自己跑通的githup如下操作:

https://github.com.ipaddress.com/

( 找到 IP Address
然后 cmd 进入命令窗口 ping IP 看是否能跑通
跑通后我又去访问githup还是不行,我就又去找网友们提供的信息
最后C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
