此问题是sass安装时获取源的问题，先修改sass安装的源，再运行npm install就成功了

npm config set sass_binary_site=https://npm.taobao.org/mirrors/node-sass

npm install

出现npm WARN *** No description等是没问题的最后运行创建命令即可完成创建项目
