When i feel hard to write or do others,look at this

today i should have write opening report ,however there is a bad unwilling emotion in my brain all the day which make me fail to begin writing untill the evening.At first,i try to keep a positive state about my emotion,try not to be disturbed by the bad feeling.
what’s important?
it’s a attitude which i need to realize when meeting to this trouble next time.
