在我运行程序的时候在浏览器界面右下角出现下图,

在我点击了上图后进入下图,进入下图后点击开启记录档,打开了一个文本,提示信息为"Failed to register URL “http://localhost:12652/” for site “WebApplication1” application “/”. Error description: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. (0x80070020)
"

解决方案:这种情况是因为端口号被占用的原因,给运行的项目换一个端口号就可以了
步骤:选中所运行项目右击->选择属性->选择Web->项目url 创建虚拟目录
