Python 打开文件报错

以UTF-8打开方式：
with open("0621.txt",'r',encoding = "utf-8")as f:

运行报错：

UnicodeDecodeError: 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0xb8 in position 5517: invalid start byte

将打开方式换成

with open("0621.txt",'r',encoding = "gbk")as f:

运行报错：

UnicodeDecodeError: 'gbk' codec can't decode byte 0x9c in position 289: illegal multibyte sequence

将编码方式转换成：

with open("0621.txt",'r',encoding = "unicode_escape")as f:

运行正常！！！
