解决方法：
好像是junit版本太低了，换成4.12就好了

mysql8.0默认没开远程连接的权限，在url里添加useUnicode=true&useSSL=true&user=root&password=123456

解决方案：

修改driver为driver=com.mysql.cj.jdbc.Driver
