28. 实现 strStr()

实现 strStr() 函数。
给定一个 haystack 字符串和一个 needle 字符串，在 haystack 字符串中找出 needle 字符串出现的第一个位置 (从0开始)。如果不存在，则返回 -1。

        if(needle.size() == 0 && haystack.size() == 0)
        return 0;
        if(needle.size() == 0 && haystack.size() != 0)
        return 0;
        if(needle.size() != 0 && haystack.size() == 0)

        int needle_size = needle.size();
        for(int a = 0; a < haystack_size - needle_size +1; a++){
            if(haystack.substr(a,needle_size) == needle)

        }
        return -1;
    }
};

解答：还只会暴力解法（考虑haystack和needle为空的情况）
