问题描述
使用vue脚手架时，页面没有渲染出来，控制台发出警告

[Vue warn]: You are using the runtime-only build of Vue where the template compiler is not available. Either pre-compile the templates into render functions, or use the compiler-included build.
(found in <Root>)

意思是我们现在默认导入的vue是一个runtime-only的vue,这个版本的vue不带解析器
问题解决
这个默认导入的vue是vue.runtime-only.common.js,这个版本的vue是不带解析器的，我们可以手动引入import Vue from ‘‘vue/dist/vue.esm.js’’,那么就可以渲染出界面了

//import Vue from "vue";//默认引入的是runtime版本，不带解析器
import Vue from 'vue/dist/vue.esm.js'//我们自己找到的带解析的版本
import App from './App.vue'
 new Vue({
    el:'#app',
    components:{
        App
    },
    template:'<App/>'
 })

或者使用render这个函数

import Vue from "vue";
import App from './App.vue'
 new Vue({
    el:'#app',
    //  这个函数与我们写的是差不多的
