网上搜索问题是因为Node环境从8到10后才出现这种情况，解决办法是执行

删除pakage-lock.json .github文件夹 node_modules文件夹
重新 npm install

npm rebuild node-sass
如果这样报错失败的话，再执行：

npm uninstall -s node-sass
npm install -s node-sass
就是直接删除node-sass包后再重新install

对于一些老项目的话可能有些包的依赖版本发生变化，可以执行下面代码修复一下。
