解决方案：

（1）在Advanced里面找到serverTimezone填入Hongkong

(2)cmd进入控制台

mysql -u root -p

show variables like '%time_zone%';

set global time_zone='+8:00';

G:\coupon\src\main\resources>mysql -u root -p
