《斯卡布罗集市》是一首著名的歌曲，但是请你把它加密（利用python和凯撒加密）后交给另一位朋友lisi（一个函数），lisi将解密这首歌曲，并让某一位叫做zhangsan的同学唱出来。请你设计程序。

涉及到：第三方模块pygame的安装和使用，内置模块time和os的应用，文件的读写。
