1.课题研究立项依据（所选课题的来源、科学意义、目的，国内外研究现状）
课题来源：随着高校的发展，校园内的各种信息资源整合已经进入全面的规划和实施阶段，在这种情况下，“校园一卡通”作为信息管理的重要系统被引入高校。校园一-卡通使校园更信息化和数字化，校园一卡通以结合学校正在进行的统一身份认证、人事、学工等建设，通过共同的身份认证机制，实现数据管理的集成和共享，使校园一卡通系统成为校园信息化建设的重要组成部分之一，学校实现现代化的管理的需求，自主开发了校园卡通"”。利用校园卡实现了学生在学校的身份认证，对学生在学校的各种消费提供了方便的途径。对于学校图书馆，将自动存储学生图书借阅情况，记录处罚情况.对于任课教师可以及时、准确、方便的了解学生出勤、作业等情况。是凭借发达的网络技术，在传统的信息交流平台上构建数字空间，提高资源共享度和信息管理水平，实现教育与交流的全面信息化”。
- 课题的研究方案（拟采用的研究方法、技术路线、试验方案）
用户端功能如下：
1.登录注册：用户在进行注册操作后，通过验证账号密码信息，登录进入用户界面。
2.缴费功能：对学生学费、四六级报考费、水费等缴纳，方便学生饭卡及移动卡充值。
3.查询功能：依靠一卡通数据库平台，可连接学校教务系统查询期末成绩，四六级成绩查询。还可查询缴费记录，饭卡使用明细等。
4.考勤功能：电脑上面点击签到 按钮
5.通知功能：一些活动的通知，学校考试及假期安排通知等。
6.借还功能：；多媒体教室、实验楼、演播厅等学校所有的设备，均可实现一卡通轻松借还。
管理员功能如下：
1.信息管理：审核学生老师注册的身份信息。
2.明细管理：对学生缴费明细、充值明细、消费明细进行管理。
3.业务管理：定时、定期做好所有业务数据的冷备份，确保在遭遇毁灭 性灾难时能安全的恢复所有数据。负责所辖所有业务数据安全管理。负责系统各项业务参数的设置、修改、检查。
