新手初学Spring可能会遇到的问题，别看叭叭一堆其实就是注解没写对在

@ComponentScan(basePackages="")中

双引号内的名字一定和自己文件夹名吻合，照着已有项目写的时候别改了文件夹名但是忘记了代码照抄，这样就会出错
