身体站直,双脚打开与肩同宽,保持身体稳定,手指虚握,大拇指点在肩膀上
2、Bend your arms and move your shoulder forward to draw a circle, the bigger the better.
屈臂,肩膀向前做画圆动作,幅度越大越好
