## 报错java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Unsupported class file major version 59 和找不到 “Bean” 元素声明的问题

学springMVC框架的时候遇到一些有关于Tomcat的问题。
第一个：这个报错java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Unsupported class file major version 59。是因为版本不兼容的问题，尝试一下把jdk版本降低即可。

第二个问题是：找不到 “Bean” 元素声明的问题

在配置xml文件的头部出错。最好还是去官网赋值到笔记吧，手敲比复制出错率高。
