解决方案：

先使用root密码进入mysql
mysql -uroot -p
输入自己的密码
依次输入
更改加密方式
ALTER USER ‘root’@‘localhost’ IDENTIFIED BY ‘password’ PASSWORD EXPIRE NEVER;
更改密码
ALTER USER ‘root’@‘localhost’ IDENTIFIED WITH mysql_native_password BY ‘新密码’;
刷新
FLUSH PRIVILEGES;

C:\Users\Administrator>mysql -uroot -p
Enter password: ******
Welcome to the MySQL monitor.  Commands end with ; or \g.
Your MySQL connection id is 14
Server version: 8.0.23 MySQL Community Server - GPL

mysql> ALTER USER 'root'@'localhost' IDENTIFIED BY 'password' PASSWORD EXPIRE NEVER;

mysql>  ALTER USER 'root'@'localhost' IDENTIFIED WITH mysql_native_password BY '123456';
Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.04 sec)

mysql> FLUSH PRIVILEGES;
Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.03 sec)

mysql> exit
Bye

重新连接问题解决。
