Once I heard a male customer politely ask a female customer who stood before him in front of the bus door. “are you getting off ?”,the female customer didn’t give him a response ." getting off?" he asked again. but the female customer still ignored him. "getting off or not ?“he impatiently asked in a high voice, but he still not get any response.” are you deaf or dumb ?“he burst out .Very much irritated ,he slightly pushed her, which attracted other customers’ attention in the bus. Also irritated ,the female customer stared at him and hit back.
deaf:聋子,dumb:哑巴 asked in a high voice = shouted ** irritated :恼怒
Very much irritated ,he slightly pushed her, which attracted other customers'

At this point , Suddenly I remembered that there was a welfare factory on the road of Bus No.60, the woman might be a deaf mute from there . I hurried to told the man, and wrote a slip of words:” excuse me ! He want to get off, and ask you several times, you seem not hear, right? " the woman nodded and made a way for him.
you are a teacher ,right ?
are you a teacher right?

Since then ,I had been paying special attention to some people who looks like deaf mute, and learnt some useful sign languages from them with which I can talked with them such thing as “Hello ,how are you!” “where you go ?” “Please come in!” “Thank you” and on. In this way , I could not only render a better service for them and be friends with them but also decrease their misunderstandings and conflicts with other passengers.
