需求：需要一个分布式定时任务
- 使用XXL_JOB
- 关键：
- 1.定时任务调度中心（单独一个服务，推荐直接使用docker部署）
- 2.执行器（就是也业务代码需要加一个定时任务的地方，比如媒体啊晚上九点钟发送给全部学生通知）
在mysql中建立xxl_job的库，然后通过以下sql建立表

通过docker部署xxx_job

然后通过部署目标服务器，http://localhost:8990/xxl-job-admin/，打开调度中心页面，账号密码默认为admin/123456，如果能够正常登陆，即说明调度中心正常部署
在自己需要写定时任务的地方，将项目构造为一个执行器，并注册到调度中心
