Python 安装PyQt5失败：Permission denied:d3dcompiler_47.dll

使用 pip install PyQt5 直接安装PyQt5会提示出错：

错误信息如下：

ERROR: Could not install packages due to an OSError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: 'C:\\Users\\Administrator\\AppData\\Local\\Programs\\Python\\Python310\\Lib\\site-packages\\PyQt5\\Qt5\\bin\\d3dcompiler_47.dll'
Consider using the `--user` option or check the permissions.

解决办法 ：使用命令 python -m pip install PyQt5

这样可顺利完成安装。程序提示：Successfully installed PyQt5-5.15.7 PyQt5-Qt5-5.15.2 PyQt5-sip-12.11.0。

注：我的软件版本：Python 3.10.8，系统WINDOWS10.
