首先下载sqlite.exe

（https://www.sqlite.org/download.html）
在这里插入图片描述
将下载完成的文件解压，把sqlite.exe复制到项目.svn文件夹下

cmd进入.svn目录下输入：sqlite3 wc.db在这里插入图片描述

再输入.table查看表，找到WORK_QUEUE执行delete from WORK_QUEUE;

有的要下载sqlite3.exe，借助它清空本地.svn\wc.db数据库文件里面的operation，即表名是work_queue。这是目前最多的方法。今天提交代码报错，看了看提示的错误，百度了一下，发现操作都比较繁琐，所以自己重新给一个最简单有效的。还有的要通过SVN的安装包，借助其命令执行。我要说的这种，简单粗暴，直接有效。
