在maven中使用druid连接池及JDBCTemplate

在mysql的插件配置中注意尽量别使用低版本mysql，会报错：java.sql.SQLException: com.mysql.cj.jdbc.Driver 改成高版本即可，同时注意druid.properties要放在resources文件夹中。
