startup后启动数据库报ORA-01589: must use RESETLOGS or NORESETLOGS option for database open

报ORA-01589: must use RESETLOGS or NORESETLOGS option for database open

原因：
数据库异常停止，停止的时候还没有来得及将缓存区中的LOG归档,就被强制SHUTDOWN了。

数据库再次启动的时候,会去检查SCN 系统变动码.如果发现不一致,那么就意味着有不一致的LOG需要处理.

SQL> startup
ORACLE instance started.

Variable Size		  973081800 bytes
Database Buffers	  603979776 bytes
Redo Buffers		    7393280 bytes
Database mounted.
ORA-01589: must use RESETLOGS or NORESETLOGS option for database open

解决方案：

SQL> alter database open resetlogs;

Database altered.

SQL> shutdown immediate; 
Database closed.
Database dismounted.
ORACLE instance shut down.
SQL>  startup 
ORACLE instance started.
