当配置cinder服务时，验证节点报错时

解决方法：重启服务

root@ct ~]# systemctl restart httpd.service
[root@ct ~]# systemctl restart memcached.service
[root@ct ~]# systemctl restart openstack-cinder-scheduler.service openstack-cinder-api.service
