        展开主题

        两点论

                简单句+定语从句(紧扣四大万能理由)

        补充

        要求写活动地点的句子（可作为第二段的一个理由）：

(活动名字) will be held at auditorium of our university from 9:00 am to 12:00 am on December 10,2021.

第三自然段

                I hope you can reply to me as soon as possible.

通知

第一自然段的写法:

        On behalf of our university(可能是别的)，I am greatly honored to do sth.

第二段和第三段的格式基本和书信基本一样，主要是第一自然段有些区别。
