PRCR-1079 : Failed to start resource ora.chad

chad、mgmtdb资源offline，报错如下：

srvctl start cha ---报错如下
PRCR-1079 : Failed to start resource ora.chad
CRS-2527: Unable to start 'ora.chad' because it has a 'hard' dependency on 'ora.mgmtdb'
CRS-2665: Resource 'ora.mgmtdb' is disabled on 'dbrac02'

srvctl start mgmtdb -node dbrac02
PRCR-1013 : Failed to start resource ora.mgmtdb
PRCR-1064 : Failed to start resource ora.mgmtdb on node dbrac02
CRS-2662: Resource 'ora.mgmtdb' is disabled on server 'dbrac02'
enable 资源
srvctl enable mgmtdb
再次启动 
srvctl start mgmtdb -node dbrac02 启动成功

验证状态：srvctl status mgmtdb

状态如下：
