解决：

ENGINE=InnoDB DEFAULT CHARSET=utf8mb4 row_format=compressed;

show variables like 'innodb_large_prefix'

show variables like 'innodb_file_%'

set global innodb_large_prefix=1
set global innodb_file_format=BARRACUDA;
set global innodb_file_format_max=BARRACUDA;
set global  innodb_file_per_table=true
