It is a bug for not finding Maven depencies' source code when debug using m2clipse jetty:run
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=384065
3 ways to solve the above problem

Personally I think using eclipse remote debug is preferable.
How to remote debug:
first start up the Remote Java Application (the debugger ) as a debug server in your eclipse, ie socket listen,
then use jetty:run to run your program (the debuggee) as a debug client with "-Xdebug -Xrunjdwp:transport=dt_socket,address=127.0.0.1:8000"
127.0.0.1:8000 is debugger's ip address and listening port
reference the following for remote debug detail
