原创 安装librosa的时候显示llvmlite无法卸载

问题：ERROR: Cannot uninstall 'llvmlite'. It is a distutils installed project and thus we cannot accurately determine which files belong to it which would lead to only a partial uninstall.2.最后输入pip install librosa。可能是网络的问题接着加一个镜像源成功的解决。1.使用忽略参数的方法。
