是db_recovery_file_dest_size也叫归档日志空间不足导致的

解决方案

增大空间

sqlplus / as sysdba
shutdown abort     ----关闭进程
startup mount       ---- 装载数据库

show  parameter db_recovery;   ----查看目前归档日志设置大小

db_recovery_file_dest_size         big integer 4407M

目前我设置的是4G ，较小修改大小为8G
alter system set db_recovery_file_dest_size=8G; --设置归档日志空间为8G

select * from v$recovery_file_dest; ---查询归档日志

Exit ---到这里空间大小已经设置完成

关闭重新测试重新启动

SQL>shutdown immediate;

SQL>startup;

SQL> startup    
ORACLE instance started.

Variable Size            1023413408 bytes
Database Buffers          570425344 bytes
Redo Buffers                7319552 bytes

Database opened.
